Ive seen commercials about trading in my samsung phone for an S22 in the commercials im led to believe i can just trade in my samsung is a credit check involved? i have bad credit wil i qualify?

Does anyone have a problem with the washer filling the tub with cold water when I have the setting on hot water? There is no hot water at all, but the hot water hose is hot. Best Buy coming to replace washer, is it worth the aggravation?
