Do I need internet to use this alongside my Samsung TV or just Bluetooth on my phone? Currently only have a VZ mi-fi jetpack. Thanks!
Hi CAU! The HW-A430 does not feature the ability to connect to the internet, nor does it require an internet connection to connect via Bluetooth. Once powered, you can connect the soundbar to your Bluetooth compatible TV or mobile device without issue.

Can this be hung vertically? Next to a projector screen since the screen goes ceiling to floor?
Hi realtor! Samsung soundbars are not designed to be mounted vertically. For the optimal audio experience based on speaker location and orientation the soundbar should be placed or mounted centered below the TV or Projector Screen.

Does this soundbar connect with Alexa echo to control on/off and volume control thru Alexa
Hi! The HW-A430 is not compatible with voice assistants for volume or power control.

I'm form Argentina and was wondering if I can use it on 220v or it only supports 110v?
Hi Agos! This soundbar is designed for use in the US and only fully supports 110-120v.

How well does this work with XFinity DVR?
Hi Teamhog! This soundbar will connect to the TV using digital optical audio or Bluetooth wireless audio technology. Once connected, it will play any audio the TV is sending. If your XFinity DVR is compatible with your TV, you will have no issue hearing the audio through the soundbar.

Do I need a hdmi cord to control the volume on my satellite remote
Hi! This soundbar features the ability to be controlled using the TV's remote control. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function. 1) Turn Off the Soundbar. 2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Tim
