I have Alexa enabled and works with ring doorbell but when I ask Alexa to change channels she says "okay changing to channel 10" say but the tv does not change. I have gone through the settings but can not sort it out. Has anyone any ideas, thanks.

Hi Nikki82! The MX-T70 features Bluetooth wireless audio technology and RCA inputs for connecting to external devices. If your projector can send a Bluetooth audio signal or features an RCA audio output, it will be compatible with the MX-T70 Sound Tower.

I can't tell from the description, does this speaker need to be plugged in all the time or does it have a battery? And if so, how long will the battery last on a full charge?

Hi LouS28! The MX-T40 Sound Tower does not feature a built in battery, you will need to have this speaker plugged in to an outlet for use.

How many pairs of these speakers (SWA-9500S) can I connect to a Sonudbar HW-Q800A, I currently have one, I would like to know if it is possible to synchronize more to make the purchase. Tanks a lot

Hi Luisruiz08! Samsung soundbars are only designed to pair with one compatible rear speaker kit at a time. You will be unable to pair another set of SWA-9500S rear speakers with your HW-Q800A soundbar.

HW-f450 soundbar trying to mate it to a wireless speaker kit. what would work

Hi rhino! The HW-F450 was released in 2014 and is not compatible with Samsung 2021 Wireless Rear Speaker kits such as the SWA-9500S.

Hi Robert! The HW-A470 Soundbar is Bluetooth enabled, and can wirelessly connect to your TV and any other devices that are also Bluetooth enabled. The A470 subwoofer will need to be connected to a power source but will pair wirelessly with the soundbar. The rear speaker wireless module requires a power cord to function and speaker cables to connect to the rear speakers. Once they are connected to the speaker cables, the rear speakers will pair wirelessly with the soundbar as well. ^Tim

Can I hook up my Sony CD/DVR player to the sound bar?

Hi MEV! The HW-Q700A features 1 HDMI input and 1 HDMI output allowing you to connect an external HDMI device direct to the soundbar. The audio from the device will play through the soundbar, and the video will pass through to the TV if it is connected through the HDMI output.

Given Atmos... it seem to me you would want to mount the soundbar above the TV unit... not below. This would maximize the Atmost technology and sound. Thoughts?

Hi CastineLobster! Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the placement of the Q700A soundbar. The optimal position for the soundbar is centered, directly below the TV either mounted or on the furniture the TV is placed on. This allows the front firing speakers on the soundbar to be positioned optimally providing the best sound experience. Since the height speakers are angled upwards, the sound will still be able to travel overhead giving you the additional height from Dolby Atmos audio. I hope this helps.
