I would like my cables ran through the wall to my cabinet. What type of HDMI cable is compatible with the Samsung frame TV. My understanding is the HDMI cable that comes with it can’t go in to wall.

AWW - When installing the One Connect Box within a wall, The Frame TV requires a separately sold One Invisible In-Wall rated Cable. An in-wall cable is available (Model VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall. ^Gina

I’ve heard there are connectivity issues associated with comcast cable boxes connected through the one box. Specifically, the one box did not recognize the comcast cable box after the TV was turned off and then restarted. Has this issue been resolved?

Why doesn't my microphone come on the tv screen when I push microphone on the remote? I've tried everything to set it up.

Two questions: 1. Does the manual advise which wireless keyboards would be compatible? 2. Can one leg be in shorter position while other is in longer position? (side-by-side dressers not level / stair-step effect). Thank you!

ilovecats54 - You can connect any Bluetooth or USB keyboard to the Q60A TV. The 60" Q60A TV legs are height adjustable between 2 positions (32.1" with 1.5" of clearance, or 33.1" with 2.5" of clearance); this will allow you to adjust each leg in each of these positions. ^Gina
