I recently purchased this tv and makes constant ticking noise like an old analog clock when it’s turned off. Is this normal?

Hi! Please know, certain components within the TV may temporarily cause clicking or ticking noises, even when powered off. Additionally, occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard due to the expansion or contraction of the materials used to assemble the TV. These sounds do not indicate a product malfunction and the TV is safe to use. ^Patty

Can you start the machine filling stop it then add soap and clothes so you not putting clothes on top of liquid soap without water.

Thanks so much for asking, bigR! You can definitely add/remove items after the wash cycle has begun. To do this, you'll need to press the "Start/Pause" button to pause the cycle and unlock the lid. However, it is also important to note that if you are using liquid detergent it will need to be placed in the detergent tray instead of directly on the clothes. ^Jecca

Great question, Anderson! If you do not wish to use the internal water filter (or if your home has a home water filtration system) all you'll need to do is remove the water filter from the refrigerator. The housing has an automatic valve that will close when there is no water filter to prevent leaks. ^Jecca
