What is the maximum sustained audio output power and peak output power?

Hi DougLA! The Rated Output Power of the HW-A650 is 410W. 160W (40W x 4) from the soundbar and 250W from the wireless subwoofer. This information can be found within the user manual of the soundbar.

Does this model come with a wall bracket, if not which one does? is it always good to buy the sound bar the same brand as the tv or all work good?

Hi DAVE! Yes, the HW-A550 includes the mounting bracket and hardware needed to secure the soundbar direct to the wall. Samsung soundbars will work with any brand of TV that supports the available connections. The HW-A550 supports HDMI ARC, digital optical audio, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology.

Why does the soundbar cut out? I notice it cuts out for a brief second, it's not the tv or the tv speakers. I did some troubleshooting.

What is the proper remote control for the HW-A650. My open box has the AH59-02767A but googling it shows it should be the AH81-09784A. When the SB and TV are on and connected, the SB remote stops working completely. TV is Insignia Fire. Arc is connected

I see you can buy the same rear speakers for this system that it came with SWA-9500S. My question is, if I bought the same rear speakers, can I connect it to my system to have a total of four rear speakers to give my system more sound?

Hi Anthony! The speakers included with the HW-Q950A are exclusive to this model and cannot be purchased separate. The SWA-9500S is not the same rear speaker kit included with the HW-Q950A soundbar. The rear speakers included with this model feature front, side, and top firing audio whereas the SWA-9500S only supports front and top. The HW-Q950A is only compatible with one set of rear speakers at a time and will not connect to the SWA-9500S.

Hi Ryan! The HW-Q900A is only compatible with one set of SWA-9500S rear speakers and one wireless subwoofer. You are unable to pair the Samsung soundbar with a subwoofer from a different brand, or a subwoofer other than the one included with the HW-Q900A soundbar system.

We just set up our new Samsung q60 tv and this sound bar/subwoofer/rear speaker system today. The subwoofer and rear speakers are not working when we are on Directv. Have we done something wrong or is it the way directv broadcasts?

Hi! First, check the connections of the subwoofer and rear speakers to ensure they are properly paired with the soundbar. You should see a solid blue light on the back of each unit when the soundbar is turned on meaning the connection has been made. If the light is flashing blue, or red, you will need to re pair the soundbar or rear speakers. If the light is solid blue and you are not hearing sound from the rear speakers, the sound may not be formatted for surround sound. Changing the sound mode of the sound bar to Surround may improve your experience with the audio.
