Hello, I have the A650 soundbar with bluetooth subwoofer. I want to connect another A650 soundbar with bluetooth subwoofer via optical splitter. Will there be any interference between the two bluetooth subwoofers via the bluetooth signal?

Hi OS! Having multiple devices in the same area using the same wireless frequency may cause issues with audio drops or connection problems. You will want to setup the soundbars one at a time to allow each subwoofer to properly connect to each individual soundbar.

I have a 2020 4K samsung, will blue tooth work just like ARC for hooking up the A600 soundbar? Will I get the same features?

Hi Ernie! You can certainly connect the soundbar to your TV via Bluetooth, however, for the best audio quality and user experience we suggest using the included HDMI cable. This will provide the best audio quality without delay or lip sync issues, you will also be able to use the TV remote to adjust the volume of the soundbar, rather than needing to use both remotes.

I just bought this soundbar along with the higher end Samsung 75" tv. It's great, but I can't get the subwoofer connected. How do I do it ? Thanks

Hi HUNTER! For manual subwoofer connection, after both soundbar and subwoofer are plugged in to a wall outlet, press and hold the ID SET button on the back of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds. The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks.

Press and hold the Up button on the remote control for at least 5 seconds. The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears. The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.

Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete). The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the Soundbar and the Wireless Subwoofer.
