I just had the Samsung 55 class 8000 series LED4k UHD smart Tizen TV delivered and installed today (10-13-21). As I started watching it I noticed the background resolution in many cases is terrible. Is this the norm for this TV or can it be adjusted?

Just bought a 55" Q80A. Is there a charger for the smart remote, if not how do I charge it with cable?

Hi DickG - You can charge the solar cell by leaving the back of the remote facing up. It will charge with either sunlight or indoor light. If you use the USB-C port, a red light will let you know that it is charging. The USB-C cable is not included, but you can find this product at Best Buy. We recommend using an original Samsung charger to charge your remote. ^Gina

Is closed captioning available?

Hi Delaware! You can turn Closed Captions on/off and change the settings such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. by going to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings.

The specs don't mention a wired connection is available or having a Digital tuner (so I could connect an antenna and get over the air HD channels) but the Samsung web site says it has both of these features. Is this a different model ?

Hi Mark! This model, the 86" TU9010, features both a LAN port for a wired connection to the internet, as well as a standard coaxial port with digital tuner for connecting to an antenna for live over the air channels. ^Tim
