How do u control the volume on the subwoofer

Hi Keith! The remote features two controls for volume. One is for the volume of the soundbar, the other is labeled WOOFER and will adjust the level of the bass from -6 to +6. Simply push the woofer volume control up or down to adjust the levels. ^Tim

Does it have Chromecast built in?

Hi Avi! The HW-A650 does not feature the ability to cast audio over the internet. The HW-A650 is, however, Bluetooth compatible allowing you to wirelessly send your audio to the soundbar. ^Tim

I just bought this system last week, i have been having some issues with the rear speakers cutting in and out at times. Has anyone else had this problem? Also theres been a few times i have not had any sound coming from the whole system. Any help please?

If Satellite speakers are not wireless and do they need to connect to receiver ? What can be suggested place to put two small speakers with respect to tv and couch if placing them back of sitting area is not the best place if i need to hide the wires?

Hi! The optimal placement for the rear speakers would be positioned behind you pointed towards your seating for the desired surround sound effect. You can explore universal speaker stands or wall mounts to assist in the placement of your rear speakers. ^Tim
