Hi Poppy,you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU7000. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your TU7000 remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair. ^Val

IS this tv good for gaming? If so what does it have processing wise that will reduce delay lag?

Can't get closed caption on new Samsung TU 7000. Have read and tried numerous instructions without success. If I made an appointment for Geek Squad to come to my house, could they set it up for me?

You can turn your Closed Captions on/off and change the settings such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. by going to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings > Caption. Then press the select button to turn the Caption option On. ^Val
