I have a ps5 and Series X. Does this tv have multiple hdmi ports that support 2.1?

Samsung tv plus doesn’t load. Call support at Samsung have spent hours on phone. Reset update everything! still doesn’t load just spins. What’s up with this should I take it back? Love the picture!
