We just used the washer for the first time but during the spinning cycle the washer moves a lot it isn’t stable on the floor and makes a lot of noise. My husband checked the level and it’s fine. What can be the poblem of it moving??

I need some of the rubber pieces that hold up the grates. some of mine broke. also, I need one of the sliders or whatever you call the piece that keeps the storage drawer from falling down. hard to find pics of the exact parts. can someone help?
