I’m getting uneven lighting around left and right side of panel. Especially noticeable with a white background. Is this normal? Samsung q60t 43’

Which side of the tv is the input output panel? I’m trying to figure out where to run power outlets behind tv? Is it center or left or right when standing in front of display looking at it?
