why would the screen not be abel to keep up when watching fast action sports. when things are slow I get a very good pic when it speeds up it almost jumps around and looses the hi def

resolve the issue. Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings. If this does not help you achieve the picture quality you desire, we recommend checking out our RU9000 or Q70T, as these models do have a 120Hz refresh rate and will provide you with smoother motion. ^Gina

I bought back in Feb. I set it up and all was fine. Then updated and trouble with it not going past start up screen at language. Won’t let me go to settings. Factory reset but still same results. I don’t know what else I can do.

I purchased this tv September 5. While watching a tv show, the language people are using randomly switches from English to Spanish . Any thoughts on how to correct. Thanks
