Has anyone experienced the screen going completely dark, you can still make out the menu items and picture but it is as if the backlight isn't working? This has happened 3 times in a 2 month span. I have factory reset the TV, replaced the HDMI cable.

Can you connect Bluetooth hearing aids to this tv?

Hi Kac! Yes, you can connect Bluetooth hearing aids, speakers, or headphones to the TU7000.

Using the remote, navigate to and select Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List and select the device you would like to connect.
You can turn on both the TV speaker and a hearing aid at the same time. You can set the volume of the hearing aid device higher than the volume of the TV speaker without affecting the volume of the TV speaker, allowing everyone in the room to listen to the TV at comfortable sound levels.
Using the remote, navigate to and select Home > Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio.
