"You can disconnect your WiFi source from the Q60T; however, you will be unable to utilize any Smart functions or stream any apps until you connect your TV to the Internet." How do you go about disconnectiing?

Hi! You can disconnect from the Wi-Fi in the menu. Navigate to General, then Network. Within the Network category, select Reset Network. This will reset the network to factory settings. Simply do not enter network information to remain disconnected from the Wi-Fi. ^Tim

One of the streaming services that my family watches is Disney+. This new 75 Q80T has a Disney Now app but not a Disney+ app. The BB web page for this TV clearly says that it is supported. There are other apps missing too. How do I get these apps?

Hi MKP127! From the TV's Home screen, navigate to and select APPS, and then select the Search icon in the top-right corner. Next, enter the app you want to download and select it. You will see detailed information about the app. From here, select Install. ^Tim

Does any of the 2020 models have a built in ON Timer/ alarm clock? I’m looking at the QN65Q80TAFXZA .

Hired BB Geek Squad to hook Q80T 75 " to Q60 soundbar. Best Buy should have connected using the HDMI ARC. Instead they used the Optical cable. We tried to change it but TV nor SB are recognizing the connection ? Only TV Speaker or Optical, please help.
