I popped in a 4k UHD BLURAY disc, and the rears dont have any sound - volume on them is all the way up. They will play dts:x content and regular content, but for some reason atmos wont work. Any solutions?

Hi there - the No Gap Wall Mount is only compatible with Samsung 2018's Q7 and Q9 models, 2019's Q90R and Q900R models, and 2020's Q950TS and The Frame Series. ^Gina

Hello Dellis220, The 75Q900TS can be wall mounted using a variety of mounts that utilize a VESA Standard of 400mm x 400mm. The 75Q900TS is not compatible with the No Gap Mount or the One Connect Box. I'm trying to set up the Samsung remote to use my Roku 3800X streaming stick. I've gone through the set up process of trying the arrow buttons to control the Roku screen, but it won't work. Is there a work around or is a specific model required?

Alan - The Samsung Smart TV offers a RoKu app, the Samsung remote would work with that. The actual Roku device has more menu options and requires the Roku remote to access them all. ^Cris

Is this a 3-d tv or do I need a different one?

Randysway - Samsung no longer manufactures 3D TVs. The last year Samsung produced a 3D TV was in 2016. However, the picture quality of the Q90T is very realistic. ^Cris
