Ricki417, we recommend making sure the Firmware has been updated on your TU7000. (Home > Settings > Support > Software Update). If your TV is completely up to date, make sure that it has plenty of ventilation around the sides and the back of it. You can also try a cold boot by holding down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. This should only take about 5 seconds. ^Gina
