Can you put a wall mount on this TV. I have the tv for months but i want to raise it higher, but i looked in the back and there are no place to put screws. I'm i missing something?

We just purchased a 55" Tv. We have very annoying lady who announces the sound level and we can't get rid of her. The sound is also fuzzy and we have to go into the 70's before we can properly hear the audio. How do we get rid of her before I ---?

Hi Bob! This is the Voice Guide feature that can be enabled or disabled through the Accessibility menu. From the Home screen, use the TV remote to navigate to and select Settings >
Select General, and then select Accessibility > Select Voice Guide Settings, and then select Voice Guide to toggle the feature on or off. ^Tim

Picture is dull. Why are some picture menu items grayed out and unusable like white balance and gamma?
