Why is there no backlight adjustment on this tv like my other Samsung’s ? I’ve been all thru the picture modes and expert settings and it’s not there. Kinda disappointing as this is a crucial setting.

Hi Vin, There are several systems which will adjust the backlighting system in real time like adaptive picture which optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing. If the TV is in Game Mode the backlighting adjustment will be limited however.

I want to connect Roku, a sound bar and a DVD player, all of which need a hdmi port, but this tv has only two ports. How can I solve this problem?

Conversly, you could use the smart platform built into the TV to stream content and you could still plug in the DVD player and the soundbar. Whatever works for you. ^Scott

I got this TV yesterday. However, I am not able to see any apps. Everytime I select an app it says something about a server error. When I try to update the firmware it says i need to connect to network when is has already been connected.

Can the TV be used as a PC monitor and show up as a 2nd monitor if using in conjunction with a laptop?

what are the steps need to Bluetooth my apple air pods to the TV. i also have a set of Toshiba ear buds i would like to connect.

Hi Kickstart, Give this a shot; put the headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode and make sure they are discoverable. See the product's user manual for how to do this, if needed.

Then navigate to the Bluetooth audio device list on your TV and select the headphones to pair with
Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List.

Why only System Manager have English languege option? In technical specifications say English, France and Spanish.
