Does the tv supports dolbyatmos from nativeapps when using an atmos soundbar ie hwq800t? Or does atmos only work when passthrough sound from another source with atmos like an appleTV or Xbox? I dont have the soundbar yet and only get 5.1 logo, not atmos

Yes, you need both a Dolby Atmos compatible soundbar and the streaming content need to have a Dolby Atmos source to stream in Dolby Atmos. Not all content is sourced for Dolby Atmos. Please check out HW-Q800T at Best Buy.

we stream through hulu , after watching for an hour or so the picture gets distorted and sometimes the tv just shuts down? we have fiber opt. internet

Does this tv have any kind of line out signal that doesn’t turn off the tv speakers? Either analog or digital. I’m looking for something I can connect my hearing aids to while others watch.
