Are the hdmi ports hdmi 2.1 and can the refresh rate do 120hz?

Are all streaming apps compatible for download if not already installed? I have a 4-5 year old Samsung tv that all apps are not available for download and would like to know if this has been upgraded since then before purchasing

The U7900 TV has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps available for download. Third-party apps, not available in the app store, cannot be downloaded.
