My cover won't fit my Samsung 10.1

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and a case. The case they gave me says Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 but I can't get the tablet to fit the case. I also noticed that there is no accomidation in the case for the tablet pen.

The cover is designed for the product you're using, so we're at a loss as to why it might not fit.

We recommend taking it to Best Buy to see if they can assist, offer a replacement or a different product that would best suit your needs. We'd like our covers to sell - and believe them to meet the needs of most people, but more than that, we want you to be happy.

Yes, it's a 1.4GHz Quad-Core Processor.

This will speed up processor-rich apps, and allow for quicker response to user touch and launching (and running!) apps.

Can it run games ruch as Sims 3 without a problem?

Yes, after briefly looking at the Sims system requirements, this would be able to run it smoothly- provided system resources aren't being used by lots of other programs at the same time.

Can you get Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Publisher on it?

Yes, but those programs would need to be purchased separately.

MY SAMSUNG DVD PLAYER WILL PLAY SUGGESTIONS FOR MOVIES TO BUY BUT WILL NOT PLAY THE ONE ON THE DVD. I HAVE " BERNIE" AND "JULIE & JULIIA"

I have a Samsung Blue Ray DVD player model 80-:5500. When I put a new DVD in it to play it goes
through the advertising for other DVDs but then when it has play video ( brackets) and when I click on play VIDEO, nothing happens and I can't get the DVD to play. What can I do to upgrade the player or do I need to purchase a new one?

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE OLD ONE? CAN IT BE UPDATED?

If you're referring to another player, it's up to you what to do with replaced electronics.

can i buy a samsung galaxy 3 phone and sign it up wit metro pcs?

This would be best addressed by a Best Buy Mobile sales associate. Since it's an AT&T phone, they may have contract obligations - but it's best to ask an activation expert at Best Buy.

Does this phone come with free GPS Navigation through Verizon?

The Maps program will give those capabilities. However, if you'd like direct confirmation from Verizon, it'd be best to reach out to a Best Buy Mobile salesperson or Verizon's customer service prior to purchase.

Good afternoon! I bought a Samsumg S3 - SGHG I747 from AT & T no plan at Best Buy and put the carrier's SIM of Brazil. After this occurs the following error "SIM network unlock PIN". How should I proceed to use?

This would be best addressed by the carrier. We can't determine which SIM cards are compatible in different regions, and they would be able to explain further.

I am tasked with finding the best tv for video conferencing. What would you suggest. is the Samsung UN60ES8000 the best? thanks

If you need a camera pre-installed and can use the Skype feature, this is a great choice.

If you have a separate camera/computer configuration that you just want to connect, many televisions could fit that criteria.
