How can i brighten the picture? It is very dark.

You can select the picture mode that provides the best viewing experience. To change the picture mode, press the Select button. To make fine adjustments, press the up directional button, and then select Picture Setup. If you want a brighter picture make sure it is set to Dynamic Picture. ^Cristian

Regarding the remote Control, Do you recommend using the Samsung remote or should we be using our Comcast remote? The sound does not seem great on the Comcast remote?

Can this TV be used on a screened porch? No direct weather exposure except humidity.

TV was delivered and set up by Geek Squad less than 3 months. It was working fine until couple days ago. The screen is completely white. Any ideas on what the issue is?
