Is the LAN adapter needs to be updated and how???
Smart Tv HDMI model UN55D6000 year 2011 , internet is connected with Samsung LAN Adapter WIS12ABGNX , the problem is that "Netflix" does not connect, it says in tv screen it needs to be updated but it dont provide for it. Can you help??? I already called Netflix with no help of them!!!!
Tried everything provided with TV and nothing!!! Have you heard similar issue ?? Please help, the only reason I bought this adapter was for Netflix. thanks!!!!!
The problem may be that the Netflix App intended for the U.S. model UN55D6000 may not be compatible with servers in Puerto Rico. If the other Apps, like Pandora and YouTube are able to connect, the issue may be streaming copyrighted video content outside of the United States - and there may be laws prohibiting that. We can't really speak on that, and we can't support this service outside of the region, but that may be a logical place to start.
