Isn't the warranty supposed to be 5 years?
It says the warranty on this product is 3 years. On my research of this drive from Samsung, the pro models have a 5 year warranty. Why does this Samsung, 840 Pro drive have a 3 year warranty and not a 5 year warranty?

Does this laptop have a VGA port? I need to be able to connect to a projector.

This system does not come with all original Samsung software and original drive partitions?

Based on your response I ordered another refurb of this same model. It came, again without any software, no drive partitions, and no Samsung software.
Another unit will be returned. I am disappointed.

The laptop comes with the Windows operating system, and partitions can be created provided a backup disc has been made prior to changing the partitions. This is not unique for laptops, although we do apologize for the confusion, and for what we imagine is a frustrating experience.

I started with one dot a couple of weeks ago. Now I have eight. Does this mean my television is having major problems.?

I have an HBO Go subscription and HBO Go says that my TV provider is supported on Samsung Smart TV's. Will I be able to access HBO Go on this TV?

I am trying to find a TV that is compatible with the HBO Go App, and model #UN46EH5300FXZA is compatible according to Samsung's website.
