The Frame TV is designed to be displayed with its built-in black bezel, which is not removable. Customizable Bezels, sold separately, are designed to attach directly over the black bezel. The installer ran the initial test run and all was fine. I have loaded the dishes, but cannot get the unit to start after I have gone through the booklet instructions to start the unit after turning it on, selecting the cycle per the booklet. Help!
