I use hearing aids to be able to hear the TV. Is this model compatible with the OTICON TV ADAPTER 3.0?

The U8000F TV offers HDMI and Bluetooth connections for devices such as a hearing aid connector. According to the OTICON website, the TV adapter 3.0 does not support HDMI or Bluetooth.

How do you run the tv speakers and a remote speaker at the same time?

The U8000F offers the Multi-output Audio function; however, it is primarily used for someone who needs to use Bluetooth headphones at a higher volume than the TV speakers. It is not recommended to use Multi-output Audio with external speakers. If you’re using a Bluetooth speaker for this function, please turn off the TV speakers, as this may create an unwanted echo.
