What is the quality difference between 60 HZ and a 120 HZ television picture? Thanks!

The 120Hz panel will refresh the picture faster.

As well, if you have content that is 24Hz, 30Hz or 60hz, all of them equally divide into 120Hz, so there will be no 3:2 pulldown, as there may be with a 24Hz (or film mode) content on a 60Hz - which doesn't divide.

If that's too technical, that's just a fancy way of saying that you'll get a smoother, more-lifelike picture due to a panel that is more compatible to different recording and broadcasting methods. As well, the processing for a 120Hz panel gives you a smoother picture during fast motion.

If we can answer anything else, please let us know how we can help.

streaming video

Would I be able to connect the camera directly to my computer and record to a file or stream the video live (for use with a webinar)?

Thanks for your help!
Unfortunately, this model does not have a webcam feature that would allow you to connect it for live streaming. At the time of this posting, none of the 2013 Samsung lineup of camcorders offers this feature.

Can this tv connect to samsung sound bar via optical or any other means?

have a samsung soundbar, try to use with this tv.
This television does not have an audio out port, and an illustration of the jack ports is attached.

You can in some cases, however, connect your cable box or Blu-Ray players, or other devices directly to the audio bar by running the audio straight from those devices to the audio bar.

Thanks for your support of Samsung televisions.

International Warranty

Hi,
I'm planning to buy this TV and plan to take it to India in a few months. I want to know if International warranty holds good for these samsung tvs so that i can have it serviced in India
Anirudhan, this is a good question.

Televisions sold in the United States do not have an International Warranty, and would need to be returned to the United States in order to be repaired.

India - or any country - may also vary with power requirements, broadcast differences (NTSC vs. PAL or SECAM) or other differences that may cause it to not work properly.

We recommend purchasing the television in the region where it will be used, as that's where it can also be warrantied and repaired.

Some Samsung products do have an International Warranty, however televisions do not at this time.

What is the speaker output power?

I'm trying to determine how many watts the tv's internal speakers output?
Watts/channel?
The Model: UN65EH6000FXZA lists 2 speakers with 10 watts each for a total of 20 watts.
This tv doesn't list anything. It's blank...
Here are the specifications on this model's audio:

• 10W x 2
• Dolby® Digital Plus/Dolby® Pulse
• SRS TheaterSound HD™

If we can help further, please reach out and we'll be happy to assist.
