SD Photo cards

I am new to the Chrome/Cloud word, and just bought a new Sansung 550 Chromebook this weekend. I am trying to download photos from two different cameras (a Pentax Optio W80 and Canon T2i) either from the SD cards in the port, or using USB cables. Not having much luck. HELP?!
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with getting pictures on your Chromebook.

The pictures may need to be in a specific format - or there may be an app that isn't reading them. Without further information, it's difficult to say precisely what the problem might be. They should work fine with the SD Card, provided you can navigate to the folder that has pictures.

1gb or 2gb RAM?

The I9300 comes with 1GB RAM.

Is this a US version or international version of the phone?

I'm looking at the item with the following sku
Model: SAMSUNG GALAXY S III I9300 SKU: 7456324
I want to know if it comes ready to be used with US power and phone companies.
This model comes with US power and connects to US phone carriers.

Sudden Death

a number of the 16gb models of the i9300 are affected by the 'sudden death' problem, eMMC chip types: VTU00M and FwRev: 0x1f. Apparently there is a faulty spot of NAND on this eMMC that will hard brick the phone if written to.
How can I know of this phone is at risk? does it have the old motherboard that was having this problem or the new updated ones?
This would be best handled by the customer service and Geek Squad Agents at Best Buy. Unfortunately, we can't assist with diagnosing and inspecting individual units online, and they would be able to work directly with your phone and test it for you.

What composes the 6GB memory, is it 2x3GB or 1x4GB + 1x2GB?

In the future if I have to upgrade to 8GB, I need to know if the pre-installed or any of the pre-installed memory would be usable.
We can't confirm for this model, since it is refurbished. We recommend inquiring with the retailer directly, and in this case, the Geek Squad can also open the unit up and inspect the memory configuration for you.

What kind of connection is required to play 3-D videos; fiber, cable, satelite or all?

I am using comcast with a regular cable connection, and I can not play 3-D videos
If you want to play 3D content on your Samsung television, you'll need three things:

1. A 3D television set with glasses AND

2. A 3D Blu-Ray player with a 3D Blu-Ray disc connected to your 3D television OR
3. A 3D channel on Cable or Satellite connected to your 3D television.

The UN32EH4003 is not a 3D capable television, so you would need a 3D capable set.

Can i use a MHL adapter with a smartphone on this tv?

The MHL Standard applies to MHL-enabled devices specifically.
