Hello jbell, if your washer is not filling fully, please check the following:

1) that flood safe/check hoses are not installed. If flood safe hoses are installed, replace with standard supply hoses
2) verify the hot and cold water supply hoses are not kinked, and both water supply valves are completely open
3) Water pressure in the home must be between 30 pounds per square inch and 120 pounds per square inch for the unit to operate properly.
4) When only cold water is connected to the washer, a splitter must be used to ensure that both of the washer's inlet supply valves are supplied with water.
