i need a tv stand that is free standing for a small space. the one i have doesn't work . the screws are too short.

If your mount did not include the correct screws, you can find the correct type at most hardware stores.
The required screw size is M8x 23-25mm. The thread pitch is always 1.25mm, and the necessary screw length may vary depending on the thickness of your wall mount bracket and whether spacers or washers are being used.
