I have a Sansui Digital Synthesized Tuner TU-X701 and am having trouble in pulling in broadcast stations in Canon City. Is it possible to incorporate Sirius XM radio to this tuner? Thanks Ron
it appears that the TU-X701 is an FM/AM tuner that you would use with a Stereo Amplifier. We don't offer any SiriusXM tuners for the home that would connect directly to the TU-X701,however every home tuner that SiriusXM offers comes with a stereo cable that can connect to the stereo amplifier that you use with the TU-X701. Our satellite home radios all come with a home antenna that needs to be placed outdoors with a clear view of the southern horizon with no obstructions of buildings or bushes or trees that block to view of the sky 40 degrees above the horizon. If it isn't practical to get the antenna outside with this view you might want to consider one of our internet radios such as the GDI-SXTTR3 which streams our content from the internet and can be connected to your stereo amplified.

No, your factory radio requires a factory tuner. If you can't get the factory SiriusXM Tuner then you may want to look at these alternatives: The Commander Touch SXVCT1 which can connect to your factory radio using the Auxiliary input if your radio has it or if your Nissan radio has Bluetooth you may want to consider the Roady BT radio SXVRBT1.

I have a Jeep Wrangler with a factory sat radio antenna already installed. Changing radio to android head unit. Can you connect old antenna already installed to this unit? If not where on the Jeep can I mount the antenna included with the vehicle kit?
If you are purchasing the Android head unit from Best Buy then you should speak with their car audio department. Alternatively, Crutchfield has an excellent installation guide for virtually all vehicles sold. You didn't specify which year and version of Wrangler but if you create an account at Crutchfield and add your specific vehicle to your account and shop the android radio you are considering then it will show you all the adapters you need for installation and they have some very detailed step by step instructions for DIY installations.

Can you install this into a 2016 Nissan Z Instrument Pocket located above radio. Inside the box.
I recommend you go to a car audio dealer that installs car stereos and ask them what they recommend and see what installation options are available and how the finished installation will look. We have a couple of radios in addition to the Onyx Plus such as the SiriusXM RoadyBT and the Commander Touch. The former (SXVRBT1) supports Bluetooth so the installation might be easier and the latter (SXVCT1) has a shorter height than the Onyx Plus so it may fit better in your Instrument pocket and includes a mounting plate that may fill the space around the radio so you don't have gaps around the display.

I have a 2015 Toyota Venza with XM built-in and active on the factory stereo.. if I buy a new head unit (XM ready of coarse) do I still need a new tuner or do I not need to worry about that? I've seen conflicting answers.
If you replace your Toyota Head Unit with any aftermarket head unit that is SXM ready you will need a new SiriusXM tuner such as the SXV300V1.

Is there a cable that will hook in and allow you to use your iPhone apps(such as xm app) for music but will play through the docking speakers? If so please provide what cable.
I believe you need a "lightning to headphone adapter" such as this: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MMX62AM/A/lightning-to-35-mm-headphone-jack-adapter SiriusXM does not offer this cable but with the adapter and a stereo 3.5mm cable you can connect your iPhone to the Aux in port on the SXSD2 boombox.

Will this work on 2007 ford escape with sat button but no connection. Or, how do we connect to Sirius xm?
Check with vaistech.com to see if they have an adapter that will work for your particular vehicle and radio system

The SiriusXM Tour can transmit to most BT speakers as long as they are in range. Bluetooth range may be limited by wall materials and window glass coatings as well as distance between the Tour and your BT Speaker. I recommend that you pair the Tour to your BT Speakers with the two device close to each other and then slowly move the speakers outdoors to see where the audio reception begins to degrade.

How do I get the radio to play continuously without pausing?
All of our SiriusXM consumer streaming services include an inactivity timer that can not be disabled. Normally the stream will pause after about 8hours without any user interaction but you can keep the stream going by interacting with the application: such as liking a song or changing channels or skipping a song for example.
However, our Music for Business subscriptions do not have an inactivity timer so if you subscribe to a Music for Business subscription then the streams will continue indefinitely without any user interactions.

There are no subscription package limitations for the Onyx Plus.
