I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. My receiver has crapped out. Can this receiver be used as a replacement for the receiver that is model number XDNX1? Is it compatible with the base.

Yes, they use the same docking base. However, we recommend replacing your existing docking station with the new one that is included with the Onyx Plus just to ensure you have a new set and to avoid any risk that your old base is worn out and might have contributed to your radio's failure and might cause damage to the new radio as well.

In my Sprinter RV, will this connect via Bluetooth to my MBUX stereo receiver in the cab and my Bluetooth speakers in the motorhome - at the same time?

While Bluetooth source devices like the SiriusXM Tour (or even a smartphone) can pair to multiple devices, they can can only connect to one Bluetooth receiving device at a time. So this means the Tour can connect to the MBUX radio or your Bluetooth speaker in the back, but not both at the same time.

Some of the new Ford F-150s don’t have the xm option or a jack. Is there an xm radio that connects by usb?

Sorry, there is not a USB audio solution using one of the SiriusXM products like Tour or Roady BT. USB audio is only compatible with audio files (like MP3) or for iTunes type of audio but not for streaming/live audio. If your Ford has Bluetooth audio streaming (known as A2DP) then you can use either the SiriusXM Tour or the new Roady BT. One other option might be from a company called Vais Technologies, which might have an adapter to connect to USB and the SiriusXM SXV300. The Ford Radio would display the SiriusXM information like an iPod would. Check with vaistech.com for details and compatibility with your particular vehicle.

Will this work with a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S?

Yes- the Commander Touch can work with your vehicle. We recommend that you use the AUX for audio- if your vehicle has that type of Connector (AUX Input)- if not, you can use the FM interface but you should consult your professional installer or retailer to see if you also require special antenna adapters.

I want to use this system in my house. Does this radio & docking speaker require wifi?

Not by itself. The SXSD2 Portable Speaker Dock is designed to be used with a SiriusXM Satellite radio. The SXSD2 includes a satellite antenna which must have a clear view to the southern horizon to ensure satellite reception. That being said, if you dock a Tour 360L radio in the SXSD2 then the Tour can connect to your Wi-Fi and stream SiriusXM audio through the boom box. Alternately, the SXSD2 has an auxiliary input which you can plug in external audio sources such as your smart phone and you can stream SiriusXM audio from your smart phone to the SXSD2 both at home and away from home with batteries in the SXSD2.

You might want to consider the GDI-SXTTR3 Table Top radio. This is a streaming radio which is specifically designed to connect to your home WI-FI and stream SiriusXM in your home. This is a complete system and all you need is a streaming subscription from SiriusXM to access all of our streaming audio content.

I replaced my battery & I don’t know how to get XM radio through my car stereo/speakers again

If you are using Aux to connect to your car stereo then just select Aux input on your car stereo.
If you are using Bluetooth then you will need to follow the instructions in the user guide to pair your Tour to your car stereo. Or perhaps just reconnect from your Car stereo to the Tour. First see if the Tour is still in the car stereo as a Bluetooth device. If it is just select that device and the Tour should reconnect. If this doesn't work then Use the menu button on the Tour to select Bluetooth and place the Tour in pairing mode. On your car stereo place your car stereo in Bluetooth pairing mode. Typically this called "add a device". You might need to remove an old instance of Tour from the car stereo's device list or you might just be able to select that device. You can send an email to sxmtour@siriusxm.com to get additional support.

Does SiriusXM make a hand held portable unit

We do not make a hand held portable unit. But SiriusXM is offered as a streaming service which will work on any smart phone so that would be your best portable solution for accessing SiriusXM content.
