The SXSD2 Portable Speaker dock does not have a timer.

How can I direct tune channels, if I’ve programmed favorites. The direct button doesn’t seem to work.

There is a button on the remote control for the SXSD2 labeled as "direct". If you press this button while pointing at your radio, it should put your radio in direct tune mode so you can enter the channel numbers which will appear on the radio's display. Once you have entered the channel numbers press the "select" button on your remote. The select button is the oval button in the center of the left/ right and up/dn buttons on your remote.

I was told you carry home docks for SiriusXM radios. My home dock needs replacing, model #SXHD1 (A). The radio that pairs with it is Onyx EZ, model #XEZ1. Do you have this home dock available, either new or reconditioned?

You will need to add a SiriusXM Dock and Play radio like the Onyx Plus, Onyx EZR or Tour with a vehicle kit.

have a 16 mazda cx5 touring, want to know if i can get this and get satellite radio this way or do i have to buy something else because the trim did not come with the option of satellite radio even though it is on my on screen.

The Mazda radio does not have the capability to connect directly to the SXV300 tuner. There is a company called Vais Technologies (www.vaistech.com) that makes an adapter that can work with your radio to add SiriusXM.

I have a 1998 4runner with aftermarket sony cdxmp80 receiver is there any way to get sirrus with this receiver? If not do you have a good kit that will not cost a arm or leg?

The Sony CDXMP80 is not 'SiriusXM-Ready" so the SXV300 tuner will not work. However, it does have an AUX audio input, so you can add one of the SiriusXM dock and play radios like the Onyx Plus or Onyx EZR.

Why wont my receiver recieve the signal

If you see the "No Signal" message on your radio, your antenna is not positioned in a location that can receive the satellite signal. make sure the antenna is mounted on the roof of the vehicle without any obstructions. if you are seeing "Check Antenna" message, the antenna is disconnected or you will need to replace the antenna as it may be damaged.

I am moving my Sirius radio from my home to my shop and I need a amplifier to increase the volume as I have nothing in the shop to increase the volume.

If you are using a SiriusXM dock and play radio with a home dock, you will need to connect to a home radio receiver with an AUX input. or you can connect to a powered speaker that has AUX input, but also must have a volume control

The SXV300 is the model of the actual tuner. the "V1" indicates it is part of a Vehicle Kit and includes a vehicle antenna.

How do you find the radio ID with this model?

If connected to a SiriusXM-Ready radio, you tune to Channel 0. the Radio ID is also located on the back of the SXV300 tuner as well as the packaging
