Can I install this in my car although I don’t have the Sirius in my car, can I do it myself or do I need a technician

The Onyx Plus radio with the vehicle kit is designed to be self installed if so inclined. The antenna needs to be installed on the roof and you will need to run the cable inside and under some of the vehicle trim panels (the Quick start guide) gives you some installation tips that can help.
