I bought a CNP2000UCA to add XM to my Alpine IVA W200 head unit in my 1934 Ford street rod. But now I have had zero luck finding a way (or person/company) to program the module to recognize my head unit. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Unfortunately the CNP2000UCA has been discontinued for many years. You may want to try contacting Alpine Customer support or Audiovox Customer support to see if they have anyone that can help. You may also want to try your local car stereo installation shop- they may have someone with knowledge of how to update the CNP device. Alternatively, updating your radio to a newer SiriusXM-Ready radio and SXV300 tuner would be best. If you want to have a classic looking radio - try a company called Retro Sound or you can purchase a new Alpine or other SiriusXM-Ready model

can i use a siriusxm satellite radio vehicle kit antenna for my home docking station also ?

The SiriusXM home antenna is the best choice, however if you are able to attach a metal plate (4-5" round) to the bottom of the vehicle antenna and place it in a southern facing window it should work as well as the SiriusXM home antenna

I want to change the preset channels from what I originally locked in. After going to the new channel I want, I would then hit the preset number I want for it but the radio goes back to the original channel.

tune to the new channel that you would like to store. Press and Hold the preset number you want for 2-3 seconds and the preset will update to the new channel.

I have a Bose system and would like to play Pandora or spotify on it. What do I need to do that? I do not want to use my phone

Please contact Bose to see what options your particular radio has to add Pandora using apps (maybe Apple TV, Roku, Firestick or Cromecast interfaces may work

Will this work with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Sport ?

Not directly. The SXV300 is designed to connect into a SiriusXM-Ready aftermarket radio that you would use to replace your factory jeep radio. Please consult your local installer for more information

Can this be used on my Harley?

Should work just fine- you may need to find a mount for a motorcycle rather than the vent or dash mounts that are included with the Onyx Plus - you can find custom motorcycle mounts on-line at TSS Radio or Satellite Radio Superstore.

I have a 2008 F150 with Sirius XM attached. Antenna has gone bad. Will this antenna replace and work with existing factory radio? If so, will I have to replace the portion on the roof as well or could I hide it inside the dash.

We recommend getting as replacement antenna from your Ford dealer if possible. if not avaiable you can purchase the SirisuXM NGVA3 antenna, but you may need to locate some special antenna cable connectors to make it connect to your factory radio - you can look at TSS Radio or Satellite Radio Superstore for the adapters. As for mounting the antenna, it will need to go on the roof with a clear view of the sky for best reception.

I already have Sirius radio in my car. Will I need another subscription for this? Also: Are there other attachments that I need to know about?

Yes- each SiriusXM radio needs its own subscription - be sure to ask for a family subscription plan that can offer a discount for multiple radios on your account. As for other attachments, that would depend on how you will interface the Onyx plus audio into your vehicle - if by Aux audio input, a 3.5mm audio cable is included already. if you need to connect via FM, you may want to consider purchasing the FMDA25 FM antenna adapter along with any special antenna connectors you may need for your particular vehicle.

Does this radio receive the higher numbered channels that aren't available on older radios? i.e. channels 314 etc

yes - The Onyx Plus can access SiriusXM Xtra Channels depending on your subscription package.
