This sounds like either a defective Aux cable or the Aux cable is not fully plugged in on one of the ends of the cable. Check both ends to see if the 3.5mm plugs are fully inserted into both sockets. (the socket on the car dock and the Aux in socket on your vehicle.) If these are both fully inserted and you still can't hear the right speaker, then try gently wiggling the plugs at both sockets and see if you can intermittently hear the right speaker. This might indicate a broken socket. The Aux cable has a right angle plug so make sure it isn't getting hung up on any nearby trim on the vehicle. If it is, you might need to purchase a 3.5mm cable with straight plugs. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, try plugging the Aux cable into your cellphone and playing music to the car stereo over the Aux-input. If this restores the Right channel then the issue is with the Tour Radio and contact SXM support for a warranty replacement. If the right channel is still missing, then it is either a bad Aux cable or some issue with your Aux socket on your vehicle.
