The tempered glass does not get hot to the touch, however, while the heater is in use, the top center of the fireplace can get hot to the touch, and may cause serious injury or burns. Always supervise small children around the fireplace/heater!

Will it hold a 65 inch TV that is on a stand? Or does the 65 inch limit only apply to mounted TVs? My TV is a 65 inch but the leg stands are on the bottom ends of the TV instead of the center.
