I have a 43" Panasonic Plasma tv without the base. The hooks of width for the mounts in the back are 26". The tv is heavy and weighs about 60 or 70 lbs. With this work for this plasma?

The stand weighs 65 lbs., fully assembled. Top shelf holds 135 lbs. and middle/bottom shelves hold a maximum load of 50 lbs. each.

I have a 70 in flat vizio would that be too muchc for this tv stand?

The Tv stand is tested to accommodate up to 65". Your TV may not fit.

in a relocation, movers broke the glasses. I am left with frame. Do we know if seller can sell just the glasses of appropriate size? Can I know exact size of all 3 glasses and if it is possible to buy from outside?

It would be more cost efficient to purchase the glasses locally. The dimension of the top glass is 49.18 in x 18.43 the second shelf and bottom shelf glass are 47.6 x 18.43.
