Hi TammyJ, thank you for inquiry. Since these are energy saving machines, they do not pump in extra heat to dry the dishes. They rely on rinse aids, such as Jet Dry, that cause a sheeting action, so water does not stick to porous surfaces and the inside of the machine. This in turn, helps dry the interior with the added of energy of extra heat. If you are currently using a rinse aid and still having drying issues, you may want to consult your use and care guide for information on how to turn your rinse aid dispenser up. We hope this helps!
