Hi nate, these trim kits are used for Countertop Microwaves that are going to be used in a wall opening to give it a "Built-In" look. It will depend on what model Microwave you select as to which trim kit you will need. We have the Whirlpool Microwave WMH31017 HZ. It seems to top microwaving after 3-5 minutes of run time. The fan will continue to run but it is not cooking or heating the food? What would the fix be for this issue?
Hi Dave, we suggest trying to reboot the unit by either shutting it down at the breaker or unplugging it for 1 minute to 90 seconds. Try not to go over 90 seconds.
