What would cause the temp adjustment to be stuck on 5 freezer and 7 fridge. Unplugged for 15 minutes didn’t help. Seems the temp control board isn’t working but has a display. Model number ended in wrb322dmbm01. The pic below is housing to disp unit
Hi Notworking, we suggest doing a "quick" reboot on the unit by either unplugging the unit at the wall or shutting it down at the breaker for only 1 minute. 15 minutes is too long and resembles a power outage. The machine is muted and I don’t know how to turn the sound back on. There is no sound at the end of cycle or when you press a button. I have tried pressing the cycle signal button, but changing the volume there doesn’t do anything.
