Hi, Before we purchased this, I read that the alert sound could be turned down or muted. For some reason our dog panics at the sound, so we happily upgraded from our previous Breville partially because of new feature. How do we adjust or mute? Thanks!
It is through the app that you can alter the volume of the alerts.

My machine only came with two single wall and one double wall filters and they do not fit into the portafilter. Also, when you put on the dosing funnel, the unit does not fit into the grinding cradle. Could I have gotten the wrong equipment?

Can I use a 3rd party bbq probe to watch food temperature? It is WiFi to my phone app?
You will want to reach out to the manufacturer of the probe to see if it can be used in a toaster oven.

When done with one air fry cycle can you go to oven bake cycle right away or have to wait until oven cools down before starting another cycle?
This oven does have Phase Cooking capabilities, meaning it will go directly from one function to another.

Do sides, front, top, back get extremely hot to touch? Use a wooden cutting tray work for top? NOTHING 4" from both sides, 6" from back and top? Have many gatherings and afraid of accidental burns. Looking into BOV860, BOV900, BOV845
