How hot does the bottom of the oven become in use? Can I use my Smart Oven on a wood surface without damaging the wood?
Depending on the moisture content of the food being cooked, the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro will emit steam and high heat. Grease can be emitted with the steam. It would be advisable to use a silicone mat under the oven to help protect your wood surface.

The Breville espresso makers only make espresso. They do not make drip coffee. The closest drink to drip coffee to be made with the espresso makers would be an Americano, which is espresso with water.

Why isn't the clock LCD on the 1.2 cf and why does the screen go so dark that it is impossible to see the clock? The smaller oven has a nice bright LCD clock that stays on all the time. What gives?
The LCD on the Breville® BMO850 Smooth Wave™ Microwave will only be dim while in stand by mode as all of our microwaves and ovens do.

Can this microwave be installed in a built-in cabinet, with a frame?
No, the Breville® BMO850 Smooth Wave™ Microwave is not designed to be installed in a cabinet. It is for counter top use only.
