Why don't you rate " Ease of Cleaning " ? I currently have an old Cuisinart that works great but is a nightmare to clean - Plus the writing next to settings has worn off. Where is heating element, top/ bottom? How do u clean grease from inside oven?
There are heating elements both on the top and bottom of the Breville® BOV650 Smart Oven® Compact. Cleaning is recommended to be done with a soft damp cloth using a non-abrasive cleaner.

Everything you read says don’t spray cleaner on the oven and don’t touch the heating elements so how do you clean the ceiling on the Breville BOV900. Can you turn the oven upside down to clean it or do you stand on your head?
Cleaning the interior of the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air should be relatively easy with a soft slightly damp cloth using a non-abrasive dish washing detergent that works well on grease.

The round glass piece shattered (scary loud noise) while I was baking in the OVEN mode at 375%. I was using a disposable aluminum pan. What did I do wrong and where can I get a replacement glass? I have had this Breville - the Combi Wave for 4-6 weeks.
