Bought this pc for my son and now it has this annoying blue screen that pops up and wont go away. I have tried calling tech and no response. Please someone help me. There a cd rom that came with it but Idk where it goes. I know nothing about this

Is the gaming system compatible with the Western Digital 4TB hard drive. When I hook it up the drive does not show up. I had the drive hooked up to another computer to see if it was the drive and it worked on the other PC. Please advise.

I have this PC and have so far been enjoying it but find I would like to add more memory. Any recommendations on what to use to increase the memory? I currently have two open slots.
