is it safe to downgrade to windows 10 safely because my guardian wants me to be able to use windows 10 but with out loosing data on my device

I been looking at this one. I bought a Ibuypower the other day it arrived broken we returned it. Will this be able to play WOW, Guild Wars 2, Final Fantasy 14 and phasmophobia smoothly?

can you upgrade the graphics card to an rtx and also this is only 500gb is that enough for all of the sims 4 packs, cc and even mods?
