The storage is super low for gaming and I'm new to nvme... does this mother board support my extra ssd drives via sata.. can I hot swap nvme ..or add a second storage card via pci e?

Got this pc awhile back in Christmas. My download speeds have been capped at 6mbps but i get around 55 to 60. Can anyone help?
