Unfortunately our preconfigured desktops sold through Best Buy are only available with the specified hardware on Best Buy's page. This item cannot be requested to be configured with any other hardware. You may replace or upgrade the part yourself but we do recommend to keep the original hardware if you do so. Also, we recommend that you also upgrade the power supply if you do upgrade the graphics card to avoid the original power supply from failing due the the GTX 750 Ti requiring additional power. What are the disk for? if they are software how would I download them? Would I have to buy a cd drive separate

The recovery disc for windows and driver disc for the motherboard are provided in the event you ever need to reinstall Windows. In order to use them you will need to connect an external USB DVD or bluray drive which must be purchased separately otherwise Windows and the drivers are already pre-installed for you.
