To support VR, you will need to upgrade the graphics card to either an AMD Radeon RX 470 or an AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card for a little more. Both RX 470 & 480 are available in 4GB and 8GB versions. If you prefer NVIDIA, you can upgrade to a GTX 1050 3GB graphics card. A 6GB version is also available. These will meet at least the minimum requirements for VR. Upgrading the graphics card will also require you to upgrade the power supply as well. What does the button next to the LED light button ("☼" symbol) do?

That is the reset button. You will want to be careful not to press it accidentally as it will just reboot the pc and is typically used only in the event the PC is locked up. What kind of graphics card will I need to play ark and day z?

Ark requires a minimum GeForce GT 730 or Radeon HD6670 graphics card and Day Z requires a minimum GeForce 8800 GT or Radeon HD 3830 graphics card.
